A restful and calming class to start your day. Hatha Yoga classes cover foundational yoga postures (asanas) and combine breath work (pranayama) and deep relaxation
This class invites you to slow down, chill out and create space for stillness. The essence of Yin Yoga is surrender. Floor based postures are held typically for 3-5 minutes

Mums & Bubs
Mums and bubs yoga is a course for mums of babies from 6 weeks until crawling.
This hour long class provides time to connect with your baby, yourself, and other mums.
Mums will work on strengthening their postpartum bodies as well as relieving tension and learning ways to involve baby in yoga poses. Babies will have fun being involved and have a chance to relax and enjoy some baby massage.
A course specifically designed to help teenagers unlock their potential and believe in themselves. Through movement and breath the practice of yoga is introduced to bring physical, mental and emotional balance, in an uplifting and playful environment.
