The main teachers of Hatha at the Studio are Chaitanya, Rose and Zoe

The Hatha classes are on Wednesday and Thursday mornings 9.30 -10.45 am and Rose runs a Hatha foundations course during school term time Tuesday evenings 7.30 -8.30 pm
