Each class is a unique sequence of poses designed to tone your body, improve your posture, stamina and flexibility. Expect movement, not just stretching. Whether the class is fast or slow, it is very alignment - oriented and the flavour will depend on the individual teacher, their personality, style and experiences shining through.
Vinyasa’s strength is its diversity, but it will almost certainly include sun salutations.
The class will be challenging but very rewarding and you will leave feeling calmer, energized and more focused.
