Kindred Studio 10-Class Pass Agreement
This Agreement sets out the terms and conditions between Kindred Studio (“the Studio”, “we”, “us”) and the Member (“you”) for the use of the 10-Class Pass. By purchasing or using this pass, you agree to the following terms:
1. Pass Inclusions
The 10-Class Pass includes access to all regular scheduled yoga and Nia classes.
Each cycle includes one free guest pass for a friend who is new to the studio.
Passes do not include access to workshops, courses, retreats, or other special events unless otherwise specified.
2. Renewal & Duration
The 10-Class Pass is an auto-renewing subscription.
It renews with 10 new classes every 12 weeks.
A minimum of 2 consecutive cycles is required before cancellation is possible.
3. Rollover of Unused Classes
Rolled-over classes remain valid only while the pass is active and renewing. If the pass is cancelled or not renewed, all unused classes (including any rolled over) will expire at the end of the notice period.
Rolled-over classes cannot be transferred to another person or reinstated once the membership ends.
If the subscription is cancelled, any remaining classes expire at the end of the notice period.
4. Early Use of Pass
If you use up all 10 classes before the 12-week cycle ends, you may continue attending classes.
Additional classes will be charged at the equivalent single-class rate of the 10-Class Pass.
5. Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 2 cycles must be completed before cancellation is allowed.
After the minimum term, passes may be cancelled with 28 days’ written notice.

6. Pausing Options
The 10-Class Pass may be placed on hold once per calendar year free of charge.
Holds must be for a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 6 months.
Additional holds or changes: $20 admin fee per adjustment.
At least 2 weeks’ notice is required to process a hold request.
7. Class Schedule & Teachers
The Studio endeavours to deliver classes as per the published schedule.
We cannot guarantee that all classes will proceed as scheduled, and teachers may occasionally differ from those advertised.
Any updates will be posted via the Kindred App and live website schedule.
8. Payments
Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Transactions will appear on your bank or credit card statement as “Stripe”.
Payments are non-refundable except as required by New Zealand law.
9. General Conditions
You are responsible for your own health and wellbeing during classes.
Please notify instructors of any relevant injuries or health conditions.
The Studio may update pricing, timetables, or terms, with advance notice provided.
10. Agreement
By purchasing or using the 10-Class Pass, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
