Lisa is an accredited Breathwork Practitioner with over 25years experience. She is also a dance teacher at Kindred Studio. Guiding clients on their self development and inner breath journeys, she has recently been encouraged to start facilitating Conscious Connected Breathing in groups, feeling a strong need for this practice in todays chaotic and stressful world. Breathwork can help people navigate the significant changes and shifts happening around them, by allowing access to the deeper layers of the self and connecting with their inner wisdom.
Breathwork can potentially: heal your breath pattern, open your mind and expand your awareness, dissolve and let go limited beliefs, release unresolved issues, suppressed patterns of energy and stored tension. Free yourself up to experience more joy and rejuvenation of your bond/mind through release of suppressed energy. Deepen self awareness and enter into a state of bliss and deep relaxation.
