Teen Yoga $120 for 8 weeks Mondays 4-5pm starting 10th May (no class Queen's Birthday)

Beginners Yoga $120 for 8 weeks Mondays 7.30-8.30pm starting 10th May (no class 31st May or Queen's Birthday 7th June)

Mums n Bubs  $90 for 6 weeks Wednesdays 11.15am - 12.15pm starting 12th May. 

Pregnancy Yoga $90 for 6 weeks Thursdays 11.30am-12.45pm starting 13th May,

Pranayama & Meditation Course $120 for 8 weeks Thursdays 7.30-8.30pm starting 13th May (no class 3rd June)

All of our courses are available online or in studio. To register your interest to attend via Live Stream, please email [email protected] at least a week before the course begins.

The studio is closed for all public holidays, so courses won't run on these.

Teen Yoga

An eight-week course specifically designed to help teenagers unlock their potential and believe in themselves.Through movement and breath the practice of yoga is sure to give foundations for better quality of life to tomorrow’s grown ups.

  • Mentally: Increase focus and concentration, decreases stress, improves self-esteem.
  • Emotionally: Develop emotional intelligence and offers tools for self-regulation and thus reducing impulsive actions, increase patience, resilience and confidence.

Beginners' Yoga

This is an eight week course suitable for anyone whether new to yoga or someone looking for class run at a gentle pace. Covering the basic postures and providing a foundation for future classes and a personal practice.

Only $120 for eight weeks.

No class 31st May or Queen's Birthday 7th June

Pranayama & Meditation

This eight week course covers a different mindfulness technique each week, giving you a great overview of not only how to do it but also going over what gets in the way of you doing it more often.

It also includes pranayama (breathing techniques) to explore how the breath influences our physical, emotional, mental and energetic experiences.

Chai has been practicing meditation for nearly 25 years and has studied with several enlightened teachers as well living in ashrams both in India and the West. The course is secular in nature and free of dogma, great for anyone of any background.

Pregnancy Yoga

A 6 week course to deepen your connection with your changing body and growing baby. Learn tools to support pregnancy, birth and into early motherhood, empowering yourself physically, emotionally and mentally for the journey ahead with loving kindness. Relax and take some time for you!

Suitable for all stages of pregnancy and limited to 8 mummas.

With Bex Deva, Yoga & Dance Instructer and Mumma of four.

Mum's & Bub's Yoga

Mums and bubs yoga is for mums of babies from 6 weeks until crawling.
This hour long class provides time to connect with your baby, yourself, and other mums.

Mums will work on strengthening their postpartum bodies as well as relieving tension and learning ways to involve baby in yoga poses. Babies will have fun being involved and have a chance to relax and enjoy some baby massage. ॐ

This course will only go ahead if minimum numbers of 5 are reached. We will confirm with you by email before the start date.
