Womens Balance Yoga

A This is a special yoga class for woman that will combine yoga, breath and strengthening movements to improve pelvic floor and core function. It is set as a course with a strong emphasis on improving your awareness and connection to your pelvic floor, core and body alignment to help you understand how your pelvic floor works for you during movement and daily life. It’s a balancing practice between strengthening and softening to create body-mind-harmony.
It is for all women who have had children, who are ageing or who are exercising.

Only $75 for Six weeks.

This course will only go ahead if minimum numbers of 5 are reached, we will confirm with you before the start date.

Teen Yoga

A Eight-week course specifically designed to help teenagers unlock their potential and believe in themselves.Through movement and breath the practice of yoga is sure to give foundations for better quality of life to tomorrow’s grown ups.

Beginners' Yoga

This is a eight week course suitable for anyone whether new to yoga or someone looking for class run at a gentle pace. Covering the basic postures and providing a foundation for future classes and a personal practice.

Mum's & Bub's Yoga

Mums and bubs yoga is a 5 week course for mums of babies from 6 weeks until crawling.
This hour long class provides time to connect with your baby, yourself, and other mums.
Mums will work on strengthening their postpartum bodies as well as relieving tension and learning ways to involve baby in yoga poses. Babies will have fun being involved and have a chance to relax and enjoy some baby massage. ॐ

Yoga for Kids

A class open to all those little people ages 5-9(ish) wanting to explore yoga in their bodies!
With certified teacher Lisa Morley, this fun interactive class will share the benefits of yoga with games and postures.
Eight week course July 31st-Sept 18th at $70 drop in rate $10.

EmBody Nia

A 8 week course exploring the benefits and joys of Nia- a holistic movement practice that feels great, aids fitness and over all wellbeing and is fun!
Suitable for those new to Nia and those regular students who wish to grow in their relationship to their body and Nia's foundations

Moving to great music in a supportive environment, each week we will explore a different focus and then move it in a mini class environment.

Pregnancy Yoga

A 5 week course to deepen your connection with your changing body and growing baby. Learn tools to support pregnancy, birth and into early motherhood, empowering yourself physically, emotionally and mentally for the journey ahead with loving kindness. Relax and take some time for you!

Suitable for all stages of pregnancy and limited to 8 mummas.
With Kati Maeder, Yoga & Infant Massage Instructer and Mumma of three.

Beginners' Meditation

This six week course covers a different mindfulness technique each week, giving you a great over view of not only how to do it but also going over what gets in the way of you doing it more often. Chai has been practicing meditation for nearly 25 years and has studied with several enlightened teachers as well living in ashrams both in India and the West. The course is secular in nature and free of dogma, great for anyone of any background.
