Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is a deeply nurturing practice designed to restore physical and emotional balance. Postures are supported using various yoga props and are held for 5 or more minutes.  They are designed to work within the natural range of movement to help you discover where you habitually hold tension.  Working mindfully Restorative Yoga will help to eliminate physical and emotional stress and tension and provide you with a time and space to rest, recharge, recover and rejuvenate. Restorative Yoga is suitable for all levels.

Restorative Yoga is on Wednesday evenings 7.30pm - 8.45pm and is guided by Rose
